I just love those lazy, hazy days of summer. Lying in the sun reading a book has always been my favorite and I just read a great book for doing just that. If you want a light-hearted, funny read try out Sophie Kinsella's most recent book, Wedding Night(Although it isn't that recent. It's been out for a year, it's just taken me this long to get around to reading it. Or maybe I was just saving it for the beach!)Lottie just knows that her boyfriend is going to propose over lunch after he tells her he has a "big question" to ask her. When his big questions turns out to be about travel Lottie is done with these boyfriend's who can't commit. Just as Lottie has given up, her "summer fling" , Ben, from many years ago call her up and proposes after one date.
Lottie's sister Fliss know how these breaks up go. Every time, Lottie does something extreme and then regrets it in the end. That's why she will stop at nothing to ensure this marriage between Lottie and ben either never happens or isn't valid.
