The American Library
Association has marked June as GLBT Book Month. The month of June embraces a nationwide celebration of
the authors and writings that reflect the lives and experiences of the gay,
lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community. Also, ALA has launched the GLBT Book Month
online resource center, featuring tip sheets and downloadable materials.
