The Well-Educated Mind

I enjoy reading, but some books are more difficult to read than others. Books in literature are the most challenging for me. Yet, this book, The Well-Educated Mind: A Guide to the Classical Education You Never Had (028.9 B344W) by Susan Wise Bauer, a professor at the College of Williams and Mary in Virginia, presents some strategies on how to read any genre. She shares the art of reading. And, at the end of each chapter is an annotated list of books to read to see if the techniques were mastered.

I have written this one down "TBR". I have always wondered what a true classical education would entail. I have the general gist, but I am curious about the specifics. Cool review! Thanks!
