Twas the Week before Thanksgiving
Twas’ the week before
Thanksgiving and all through the Library,
People were stirring, both
students and faculty.
Checking out books, DVDS, and
video games,
All so that their holiday
would not be lame.
The programs are planned, the
displays are done.
All waiting to be implemented
with a great deal of fun.
Fireplaces, snow, books, and
more.
Will all bedeck the library walls
and doors.
Now all that is left is to
finish the day.
We all have visions of the turkey,
dressing, and pecan pie coming our way.
But we’ll miss all of you
next week.
When we come back, it is you
whom we’ll seek.
So don’t be a total
cybrarian.
