Keep calm and play a video game (for an hour or so)

A recent study from the American Academy of Pediatrics states that video games in small amounts may be better for children than not playing any video games at all. The effects were negative for children who played video games for three hours a day or more.

While this study was conducted on children from age 10 to 15, our newest database Statista shows that more older teens and adults play video games in the US in 2014.

It appears that the article in Pediatrics is stating that video games are good in moderation for children.

I think it is the same for adults.
