Go!

And enjoy your last weekend before the semester starts!

One title you might enjoy if you want to start a new book over the weekend is Life After Life by Kate Atkinson.

If you like plots with many twists and turns, and your favorite thing about watching a DVD with special features is that you get to see alternate endings, you might want to give this book a try.

You'll get to go on a whirlwind of a ride with Ursula Todd, who lives and dies many times during the twentieth century. In one life, she has the power to stop war. In another, she passes away shortly after birth.

Our choices in life lead to many different outcomes, and we don't always get the benefit to see what they lead to until many years later, if ever. Read what happens to Ursula as a result of the many choices she gets to make due to living many lives.

Desoto and Senatobia LRC's have a copy. Let us know if you would like us to hold it for you!

Love this book! Kind of a long Ground Hog Day life.
