It's being reported that Norway is going to digitize its entire National Library!This info is probably not so useful to you unless you know Norwegian, but it is interesting to note that they are going to digitize everything that is still under copyright and grant access to these items to Norwegians. The rest of us should be able to see the items that are in the public domain.
It won't be up and running for a long while, but it is an interesting development for digital libraries!
