Spend more time reading on an airplane!

Have any upcoming holiday travel plans? The FAA will now allow passengers on airplanes use their electronic devices during most of the flight if the airlines meet certain criteria. Check with your airline before you go to see if this policy has been changed on your particular plane.

Of course, there is always the danger of your electronic device running out of power by the time you make it to your destination.

You may want to bring along a traditional book as well. If you don't want to lug it around for your entire trip, some people like to leave their books behind when they travel. You can register your book at BookCrossing, and see if someone finds it!
